This property is located just off the Flint River in MItchell County, Georgia. It lies between GA 37 and River Trace Road as a triangle shaped property. It has mature timder in two areas along with some younger planted pines. There is an areas fo sand dunes with native hardwoods as well as an area that was mined for sand. This area has recreational value as well as being used heavily by deer. The property is conveniently loated near the state maintatined boat ramp. It is one mile to Newton, Georgia. Ten miles to Camilla. 35 miles to Albany and 35+miles to Bainbridge. It is about two and one hal hous to the Gulf and one and a half hours to Tallahassee.
