The county has this building in 2 parcels, not side by side, but upper 2nd floor, and 1st floor.  Good open hardwood floor on the 1st floor with a widow's walk.  Call me if you want an explanation of that name.  There is a kitchen on the 1st floor. The first floor's bathroom also has a laundry.  Including the stove, washer and dryer (warranty). The ceilings are the ornate metal ceilings. There are 2 - 1 bedroom apartments on the 2nd floor.  One could be rented.  The second one needs cleaned out.  The last tenants didn't leave it in good condition. The furnace was new this year.
