This auction is available for bidding online and in person.  Price listed is the assessed value, but it will sell based on the reserve price and max bid received.  Online "pre-bidding" will start July 17th, 2025 and will be available until the beginning of the webcast/in-person auction on August 6th, 2025 at 6:00PM.  Also, on July 17th there will be an open house from 5:00pm-7:00pm.  Buyer and/or their agent to verify all building and lot measurements and details.  The exterior has the appearance of asbestos siding, but no testing has ever been conducted to confirm.
