This camp is a great getaway to the Chateaugay Lake. As it has deeded rights to what is know as Dumont point , with docking and picnic area on the lake. Owner has 1/16 ownership of the point. During 2022 new floor joist and blocking were installed under the unit. In addition all new peck piping installed. A 10' X 10' storage shed was built in the past year. Camp has new refrigerator, washer and dryer. Water is supplied by a spring with deeded rights.
