The location is very convenient to all of the benefits of Morristown and to Cherokee Lake. An access to the lake is within about 5 miles. There is a small area that looks like a spring on the property, but it may be from a leak in a spring pipe that runs through the property to the old house. The actual location of the pipe is not clearly known. It will be repaired if it is a leak. Electricity and internet connections are right there, practically on the property. You'll be able to come in by good paved roads, and install your driveway right in from the front.
