Marshall County is one of the # 1 turkey populations in the state of Mississippi with a 45-day season beginning March 15th. This habitat that has been created on the farm is also pristine for nesting and brooding seasons for the turkey population.  Electricity is accessible to a large part of this farm and there are many great homesites or cabin sites scattered throughout.  There are currently 3 equipment sheds on the farm.  This is incredible recreational and hunting tract of land with great opportunity for 4-wheeler riding, motorcycle riding or trail riding on horseback.  Located very close to Sardis Lake for use during the summer for lake activities and great fishing.  The property is an easy drive from the Memphis area, Desoto Co. and Oxford.
