Center Road (Off Stramba Road) is the parcel address but the access is on Joe Woods Road which is also off of Stramba Road.  See subdivision map for better understanding. Enclosed front porch area is where you will hang out and a with wrap around open porch extension. Cabin and enclosed porch measures 22&24 feet. There is a shed, garage and casita (little cabin) and a pavilion.  Owner has installed solar panels/batteries that provide sufficient power.  There is a 500 gallon holding tank with lateral. No well, the owners have a water collection system. Refrigerator is propane ran. They have it on the porch of the casita. No stove but 2 BBQs they use.  Along the pond shoreline, (approx. 295 feet) which they own into the pond, there is a large circular fire pit and seating.
