This is a cooperative mobile home community.  Buyer must be 55 or over. You are not buying the land, but you are getting the right to put up a 14 x55 mobile home (lease).  The buyer purchases the home and rents the land and  the new owner will also own a voting share in this wonderful community.  Low monthly fees probably under $550.  similar to co-op housing.
