Really nice of-grid 40 Acre tract located on West Mailbox Road. The terrain is rolling to level hills with incredible views west to Agua Fria Mountains. This is Terlingua Ranch so has no restrictions, just be respectful of our dark skies. This is a good hiking country and also photography opportunities. Agua Fria area is also known for great fossil hunting. Be sure to call us in advance for a showing. There is no survey, but we have maps & GPS numbers from our office.
