Base Camp is located in the Beartooth Mountains and enjoys private access to the Forest Service and some of the best elk country on the eastern slopes. The property also has private access to the  Stillwater River, known for its beauty and hefty wild trout. Trailheads into the Beartooth Wilderness are just down the road from this mountain home. This is an end-of-the-road location, Nye is a small mountain town that has a "Ma and Pa grocery store, ( Nye Trading Post), Carters Camp, a place to get a good burger and a beer or two, and Nye Volunteer Fire Department. This property would be an excellent choice for someone looking for an old Montana like it was 30 years ago.
