At no fault of the Property or the Seller this property was under contract and the buyer withdrew from the contract from out of state due to a medical issue. So, were back with a place to put a rental home or trailer! This lot has an old foundation on it where a home might be able to be set. But, personally I'd rather be down on MILL CREEK, which borders the lot! The FEMA Flood Map says it is NOT in the flood zone. The foundation of the house is up on the higher ground near the paved road. I'm sure there was a septic tank and it was hooked up to electricity and public water. The neighbor has added a nice privacy fence along the front line for you! (possible encroachment there) Looks like that's where the neighborhood kids play B ball too.
