Located on the Eastern side of Bayou Meto Wildlife Management area, right down the road from Halowell, Upper and Lower Vallier boat ramps. 1200 sq ft upstairs with large family room and a beautiful 14X30 deck facing the bayou. Downstairs is 500 sq ft room that can be used as a large bunk room, mud room, or game room and also includes a laundry room. There is also a shed built on an 18’X24’ concrete pad. Tankless hot water heater! Gas stove and wood burning fire place! Lots of storage areas as well! Property line ends at the bayou for easy access and great catfishing when not hunting!
