Home is not livable in its present condition.  Sheet rock is removed on the bottom 4 feet.  House had 10-12 inches of water in it.  First time since 1998 that the home has had water in it.  Crawl space had water twice.  Electrical still on.  Deck is not attached to the house, a slight bow in it from sandbags to hold it in place.  Fabulous views, arbor to help with shade while you enjoy the nature all around.  Garage had more water in it than the house.  Plenty of room to move it up to the house, or even connect it!  Electrical by the shoreline on the South side.
