This interior hallway ends in a spacious, approximately 1,200’ studio/ bedroom space with a vaulted ceiling, a loft and plenty of Northern light for the artist. There’s a comfortable 1/2 bath with hookup for a washer, a spacious cool storage room on the north side, and a utility closet for the radiant heated floor system(propane) and the on demand water heater. The many windows and doors make this a light filled retreat space for those who want privacy from the main living area.  The main bathroom in the Earthship includes a hot tub, the only tub in this home.  There are 3 cistern areas on the property for a capacity of approximately 6,000 gallons. The cistern in front of the Earthship collects the water from the main bathroom roof plus the greywater from the sinks and shower.  This water is used to water outside, in the greenhouses and the inside planters.  The plants love the soft rainwater!  There’s a new septic system as of Spring 2025 with a capacity for 3 bedrooms at a cost of $15,800. (see the associated document) The property survey was updated  in the Spring of 2025 (see documents)  There’s no domestic well on subject property.
