Very Nice 2011 Doublewide, 3 bedrooms2 bath home with a very open conceptyet still has a a dining room, laundryroom, fireplace, split floor plan, all ingood condition. Each bedroom has awalk in closet. Theres lvp thru out living room and dining room and it looks reallynice. House also has wood fireplace. HVAC Doesn't work  Im cking to seeif theres a furnace for heat. and home is being sold as is. however, I doubt there's too much is wrong considering age and condition. With right offer owner may consider getting Hvac  fixed .Private lot, Snug Harbor has a pool, club house, basketball court etc  for only 156.00 per year.
