With access via County Road 249, Timber Valley Ranch Tract #2 consists of approximately 308 +/- acres and borders BLM that has very limited public access on it's north side, and additional BLM land on it's south side. The land itself is made up of a steep ridge that provides views of nearly anything you desire to see in the surrounding area. The sides of the ridge are consumed by oak brush with a few timber pockets as it declines towards the bottom. Glenwood Springs, CO is less than a half hour east of Rifle and features many of the same amenities, but includes many other activities such as the Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park and the Glenwood Hot Springs.
