This 40-acre parcel of beautiful wooded land is currently held in Commercial Forest Reserve (CFR). The primary tree species are red maple, sugar maple, and hemlock. There are also some yellow birch, red oak, and a few scattered aspen. Access to the property is off Donken-Tapiola Road via a haul road. Please note that the road is gated a good distance from the parcel, so some hiking will be necessary to reach the property.
